Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in any open boxes. You would have the opportunity to inspect the item upon arrival and if you don't like it at the moment we can do a return or an upgrade. If you do an upgrade you would need to pay the difference of the product and pay for the delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns need to be done at the time of delivery. Even if the product was at your house for one day we would not accept it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
